Shipping
Free Shipping within the US. For overseas inquiries please contact me for a shipping quote.
Original paintings and prints will be properly protected and packaged. You will be sent a tracking # from either USPS or UPS as soon as your purchase is ready to ship.
Please allow 2- 3 weeks from the day of purchase for canvases.
Please allow an additional week for Giclee prints and notecards for production if not in stock.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products I sell, returns are not accepted at this time nor are refunds issued. However, if you have any problems or concerns with your order please contact me. Original artwork is final sale.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses provided by the buyer. Shipping charges will not be refunded if you make a mistake. If you catch a mistake before your items are shipped, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate and update your order.

Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. If you require further info or photos please contact me.
Damages
Please contact me immediately, or no later than 10 business days, about lost or damaged items via stephanie.lawing@gmail.com. Document the item(s) and packaging with pictures and send them along with the email clearly stating the damage to the item(s). It is imperative to keep all original packing materials as well as the damaged item(s), as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes at a later time. Once I receive the email, I will reply to discuss the next steps.
